There is no ShotLink data for two of the three courses this week so there will be no Strokes Gained charts for betting or Showdown. The top 60 and ties after Saturday’s round will move on to Sunday’s final round at Pebble Beach.
Due to high winds forecasted during the afternoon, third-round tee times of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am will be moved up one hour, beginning at 7:30 a.m. PT.

Round 3 Course History and Other Data

Best Outright Adds
Tee times for Rounds 2 and 3 are here.
Tomorrow is another conundrum with trying to figure out the wind strength and courses. Even with players teeing off an hour early, wind gusts appear to be around 20-30 mph still all morning, and only increasing as the day progresses. Monterey Peninsula remains the easiest course by a good margin, yet like Pebble Beach, it is almost completely exposed to the strongest of the coastal winds. Spyglass Hill is by far the most difficult, yet it is the most protected from the winds by the Del Monte Forest.
With things being so hard to predict, there is only one name that catches my eye with any value. Jordan Spieth. Think about it. He is only five shots back with two rounds to play and in these weather conditions, anything can happen over the weekend. Yes, he is playing right on the coast all round at Pebble Beach. But in 15 career rounds there, he is gaining an average of 2.33 strokes. He is also one of the best “wind” players in the world, primarily thanks to his amazing short game and creativity around the greens when he does get into trouble. In the wind, he is averaging 1.47 strokes per round. Pebble Beach is one of the best and most favorite courses of his career. And at +2800 to win, I think it’s actually good value.
